East of Main Street: Anita Lo
A stunning film portrait about the chef/owner of the restaurant I have been lucky enough to call home (“home?” you say. You’ll see.) while getting my feet off the ground in New York City. This woman has inspired me so much in her pursuit of excellence in what she does. Every dish tells a story of travel, history, intrigue. I only hope to one day be able to tell such evocative stories.
